Mentre l’autunno sembra voler allungare le tiepide voglie estive, la Toscana, tra le zone dei suoi sublimi vigneti che firmano opere d’arte imbottigliate, diventa l’occasione per mettere alla prova le doti della nuova BMW X5. Terzo step di un’idea di successo e che ha sempre fatto parlare molto.
La terza generazione nella categoria delle Sports Activity Vehicle by BMW vuole definire dei nuovi parametri di riferimento. I punti salienti: un design che accentua il dinamismo, compresa l’evoluzione del design; ovvero sezione frontale con i fari circolari sdoppiati che si estendono fino al doppio rene; come optional luci adattive a LED; silhouette slanciata, nervatura marcata, passaruota dalla sagoma atletica e l’aerodinamica, per esempio Air Curtain, Air Breather e Aeroblades nel lunotto.
Però piace, comunque la vogliate: l’
X5 xDrive30d con diesel sei cilindri in linea rivisitato (190 kW/258 CV) è l’algoritmo perfetto per gustarsi questa nuova X5 capendola nelle sue formazioni di design e prestazioni.
Se vogliamo esagerare ecco l’X5 M50d con diesel sei cilindri in linea con tripla sovralimentazione (280 kW/381 Nm), xDrive40d, la BMW X5 xDrive35i.
Di fatto nel corso dei test, Motorage.it si è concentrata soprattutto sulla versione più richiesta, la 30d, con allestimento comprendente le nuove misure della tecnologia BMW EfficientDynamics per la riduzione dei consumi, funzione start/stop, modo ECO PRO. Tutti i modelli soddisfano già la norma antinquinamento Euro 6.
Guida al gusto – Tasto di selezione della modalità di guida di serie; pacchetti di sospensioni adattive Comfort, Dynamic e Professional e Assetto adattivo M per un aumento mirato delle caratteristiche di handling sportivo e del comfort di guida; servosterzo elettromeccanico per tutte le varianti di modello; optional Active Steering.
Risultato
Una buona dose di gusto per chi guida e per i passeggeri. Se volete divertirvi tra strade e sterrati, questa è l’auto OKs. Ma, se volete andare oltre, nell’offroad, la X5 dice che non ne vuole sapere. Ma finche sta sy strade normalmente percorribili, la X5 è eccezionale, anche con questo straordinario motore 30d. Considerato l’assetto e la trasmissione.
Ma per esagerare c’è l’X5 xDrive50i: motore a benzina V8 con tecnologia BMW TwinPower Turbo (due turbocompressori, iniezione diretta di carburante, VALVETRONIC), cilindrata: 4 395 cc, potenza: 330 kW/450 CV a 5 500 g/min, coppia max. : 650 Nm a 2 000 – 4 500 g/min.
